Business Owners Diving into the successes, struggles and trends in their industry

Francesco Miniaci
PANDA PAY
Francesco Miniaci has been rocking the payment processing world for nearly a decade, and he’ll be the first to tell you, he’s just getting warmed up.
Passionate about helping businesses grow and proud to be an active part of his community, Francesco thrives on building real connections and delivering real value.
When he’s not working, you’ll find him vacationing, hanging out with friends and family, or having fun with his 2 year old dog, Capo.
Francesco has been happily married to his lovely wife, Niki, for 7 years. Fun fact; they sat next to each other in their JR Kindergarden picture.
If he looks familiar, it might be because you caught his unforgettable TV debut on Family Feud Canada, where, under pressure, he famously choked and lost it for his team. (Don’t worry, he’s since recovered emotionally.) Despite the loss, it was a fun and unforgettable experience.
Francesco’s mission is simple: connect with great people, connect them with great people, and add real value to their lives. Work hard, give back, and enjoy the journey!
Nate Paquette
NORTHERN PROS
Nate Paquette and his company Northern Pros have found a purpose in keeping Barrie clean, allowing homeowners to full enjoy their outdoor spaces.
Nate has found success in his entrepreneurial journey through leveraging something he enjoys the most: connecting with people and delivering results that make them smile.
Nate had had many different jobs in his life, from working with kids on the spectrum, construction, and many things in between. He always felt the spark of entrapreneurialism, but it wasn't until 30 years old that he finally found the courage to make the leap into starting a business. He encourages anyone who has that spark to make the leap themselves.
Outside of his business, Nate finds joy in many different areas of life. He is a proud parent of 4-year-old Poppy and husband to Rachel. He loves adventuring with his border collie, Paul. Anything from hikes, concerts, roadtrips, and traveling to new destinations. He is very much looking forward to adding a new country (and puppy) to his list this year. He plays guitar and loves to jam, and always appreciates a chance to let out some creativity.
Nate has found his calling in being a business owner. He believes any individual can flourish in business with integrity, courage, personability, and dedication.
